tknguyen.com is TK Nguyen’s personal website. This page explains what personal information the site collects, why, who helps process it, and what you can ask us to do with it. “We” means TK Nguyen and the small team that runs this site with him.
What we collect
- When you send an inquiry (partnership, speaking, media or anything else): your name, email address, and whatever else you choose to tell us in the form, such as your company and your message. We also note which page you sent it from.
- When you subscribe to TK’s new posts: your email address and the page you subscribed on.
- When you browse: anonymous visit statistics from Vercel Web Analytics, such as pages viewed, the referring site, and your country, browser and device type. It does not use cookies and does not identify you. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses, to run and protect the site; we use IP addresses only to stop spam and repeated form submissions.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To read and reply to your inquiry.
- To send you TK’s new posts if you subscribed. Each email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages are useful, and to keep the site secure and free of spam.
Who helps us
We use a few service providers, who process information only so we can run the site:
- Vercel hosts the site and provides the visit statistics.
- Resend delivers form submissions to TK and sends the post emails to subscribers.
- Supabase stores a copy of form submissions so none are lost.
- YouTubeplays the embedded videos, using its privacy-enhanced mode. Once you press play, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
These providers may store information outside Vietnam, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to follow up on the conversation, and subscriber emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can unsubscribe from post emails at any time using the link in any email. To make a request, email partnerwith@tknguyen.comand we’ll reply as soon as we can.
Changes
If we change how the site handles personal information, we’ll update this page and the date above.
