Uniting and inspiring the next generation by building a movement for Southeast Asia, led by Vietnam.

I’m not here to play the GĀM,
I’m here to change the GĀM.
Born between two worlds, TK Nguyen’s journey is shaped by immigrant roots, cultural curiosity, and a lifelong drive to turn ambition into opportunity.
USA
1983–2014

Born in San Diego to parents from Vietnam, TK grew up between two cultures. Not fully American, not fully Vietnamese. That gap taught him hard work, how to adapt and the power of community. It still shapes how he builds today.
In Hollywood, TK built a name in nightlife and events, working with celebrities, music icons and tastemakers. Moët Hennessy took notice. He became a Hennessy Ambassador, the only Asian-American at that level at the time.

Vietnam
2014–2021

TK left a comfortable life in California on a one-way ticket to Vietnam. No Plan B. In Nha Trang, he and his brother Dru built Skylight, Vietnam’s first rooftop beach club. In 10 years, it has welcomed over 2.2 million guests. Once Skylight opened, Budweiser named TK its King of Nightlife and shot a commercial with him on the rooftop.
Watch the commercialTK backed East West Brewery Co. early, betting on Vietnamese craft beer built on quality and local pride. What started as a small brewery helped spark Vietnam’s modern craft beer movement, bringing people together around something made at home.

In 2020, the pandemic shut nightlife overnight and put everything TK had built on pause. He used the reset to decide what was worth building next. In April 2021, with Dru and Randy, he took over GAM Esports. No guarantees. Just belief.
The world stage
2022–2027
At SEA Games 31 in Hanoi, GAM’s players won League of Legends gold for Team Vietnam, the country’s first gold in the event. A home crowd, the national anthem and the flag on stage: proof that Vietnam could beat the best in the region.

GAM won its 11th VCS title, the most in Vietnamese esports. At Worlds, it came back from a game down to knock out MAD Lions KOI 2-1.
GAM became an LCP partner team and took Vietnam to Taipei. In year one it went from fourth seed to the Mid-Season final. Back home, TK launched GĀM Changers, a video podcast now at 32.5 million views.

GAM became Vietnam’s only Esports World Cup Club Partner, one of 40 chosen from more than 150 applicants, and took the GAM movement to Paris. In October, GAM’s Kiaya and Taki and head coach Naul helped Team Vietnam win League of Legends bronze at the Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya.
From 2027, GAM is one of eight VALORANT Champions Tour Pacific partner teams and Vietnam’s home team in VALORANT: a second Riot partnership, a new game and a new generation of fans joining the movement.

Replays and wins
It started as one guy’s highlight reel in Hollywood. Now it’s Vietnam on the world stage. Every photo is real, and so are the losses that didn’t make it. The next chapter isn’t mine alone. Let’s build it together!
